The applications of Maxwell's equations (in differential and integral forms) to electrostatic, magnetostatic, and time varying fields. Simple boundary values problems using Laplace's and Poisson's equations. Development ofconcepts embodying wave phenomena, generalized conductances, and conservation principles.
