This course introduces basic graphic design principles and how the computer can be used as a conceptual image producing tool. Students gain practical computer design experience using leading industry standard hardware and software. The study of design concepts introduced and how they may be applied to communications problems and issues. This course does not satisfy the general social science requirement.
