Dr. Fitzpatrick The role of the Supreme Court in the interpretation and enforcement of the Constitution is examined through analysis of leading cases. Judicial review, powers of Congress and the President, and the division of powers between the national and state governments are among the topics considered. Prerequisite: POL-218.
