Dr. Cameron, Dr. Nixon, Dr. Shuru An interdivisional approach to the study of Latin America. The development of the history, politics, society and literature of Latin American nations will be examined. Readings will be selected from the works of major intellectual figures and writers. Emphasis will be on the 20th century. Weekly lectures, films, and class discussions. The language of instruction is English. Open to upperclass students. Four hours per week. Four semester hours.
