Prof. Paisley This course is designed to introduce students to the concepts of conditioning as it relates to muscular strength and endurance as well as various forms of cardiovascular training. The course will emphasize the identification and analysis of the critical elements of weight training exercises, teaching progressions involved in conditioning, and safety and organizational implications of conditioning. Prerequisites: ESS-100 and permission of instructor. Three hours per week. Three semester hours. ( Offered spring and fall semesters.)
