Prof. Chlad The relationship between nutrition, exercise, and weight control will be examined from various perspectives: scientific principles, consumer protection, and holistic health concepts. The course will explore the principles of nutrition and the process of metabolism. Prerequisite: ESS-100 or the permission of the instructor. Three hours per week. Four semester hours. ( Offered both semesters.)
