Faculty Analysis and exploration of individual influences and filters regarding racial and gender identity issues through examining and exchanging multiple viewpoints and perspectives in preparation for diversity in Educationbased professions, with particular emphasis on teaching. An emphasis of the course will be on multicultural education, bilingual education, and special education. Field work required. Prerequisite: EDUC-202. Three hours per week. Four semester hours.
