Focus is on understanding how organizations function in a global business environment. Integrates the study of the behavioral sciences as a framework for understanding individual and collective behavior with study of the essential management function of planning, organizing, leading and controlling. Prerequisites: BE-100 and sophomore standing. Four hours per week. Four semester hours. (SS.)
