Faculty This course introduces students to the art of printmaking. Students will study relief printing, linoleum block, woodcut in both traditional black and white and color, using multiple blocks, and monotype. Introduction to etching. Students are expected to develop a portfolio of work outside the class meetings. Intended for freshmen and sophomores. Three hours per week plus extensive individual work in the studio. Four semester hours. Art materials fee. ( A.)
