Description: This course is comprised of four modules: Digital Technology in the Office; Issues Likely to Arise in Practice; Legal Implications of Doing Business in the Digital Marketplace - Tax, Securities and Banking; and Technology as a Marketplace - Industry Restructuring and Trade Implications. The course explores the gamut of issues facing practicing lawyers, and other professionals in the digital age.
