A consideration of the evolution and function of behavior as viewed from a biological base. The course includes a comparative analysis of species-specific behaviors in man and lower animals. Laboratory periods will be devoted to observation and classification of behavior, as well as independent laboratory research. Prerequisite: PSY 3302 or consent of instructor.
