Introduction to the use of computer-aided drafting techniques (CAD) and application of basic principles of engineering drawing to the preparation of drawings for manufacturing processes. Emphasis includes principles of descriptive geometry, multiview projection, precision dimensioning, machine tooling, dies, production drawing, machine design and fabrication methods. Prerequisite: ENGR 1413 or consent of instructor.
