Topics include the chemical function and structure of proteins, nucleic acids, lipids and carbohydrates; enzyme mechanisms, kinetics and regulation. Students may not receive credit for both CHEM 3375 and CHEM 4375. Prerequisites CHEM 2342 with C or better.
