Lighting design is a continuation of the principles covered in Stage Lighting. This course will concentrate primarily on the aesthetics of stage lighting, and will cover such topics as: viewer psychological and physiological responses as they pertain to visual perception; color, script analysis; use of light in creating both static and dynamic visual compositions; development and graphic representation of a theatrical lighting design. Prerequisite: TH 2338. May be repeated with different emphasis for additional credit.
