Prerequisite: Sophomore standing. Students will explore answers to fundamental questions about the psychology of leadership. Emphasis is on psychological theories and how they address the issue of "selfleadership". Psychological approaches to the measurement of leadership effectiveness will be used to critically evaluate various contemporary models found in popular culture.
