Prerequisites: At least a 2.5 overall TCU GPA; at least a 2.5 in all RTVF courses; and at least a "C" grade in RTVF 20523; RTVF majors only. This seminar course takes a comparative approach to the study of broadcasting. Examines the structure of broadcast media outside the U.S., including production, programming, regulation, finance, and the social effects of broadcasting.
