Students will create reform proposals based on data collection, ethical reasoning, and field interviews with public officials, nonprofit organizations, policy advocates and affected populations. This class focuses on the intersection of diverse policy issues and the constraints on an organization's resources. Requires advanced skills in writing and public speaking. Required capstone course. Also counts as Senior Synthesis. Prerequisite: PUBA 440 and senior standing.
