Explores issues and competencies that are central to a leader's responsibilities, establishing a framework for understanding leadership, ethics, and values. Experiential learning activities necessitate students make decisions under stress and simulated risk as a small group leader. There is a continuation of the service-learning project from MLSC 201. Students are identified as class leaders in order to plan, resource, and execute the servicelearning project.
