Attention to developing skills of visual literacy and exploring connections with history, philosophy, mass media and popular culture, and other art forms. Experiential aspects include visits to local galleries and museums. No prerequisites, although ART 212 Survey of Western Art or equivalent strongly advised. Fulfills fine arts core requirement.
