Reviews and integrates the scientific principles of musculoskeletal and cardiovascular training and presents an overview of nutritional planning for sport performance. The course offers a laboratory experience for designing fundamental training paradigms and effective coaching strategies that enhance athleticism, sport-specific conditioning, and positional expertise and skill in sports.
