Students learn fundamental concepts of leadership in both classroom and outdoor laboratory environments. Students increase selfconfidence through team study and activities in basic drill, physical fitness, repelling, first aid, and basic marksmanship. Students develop communication skills to improve individual performance and group interaction. One hour classroom session and a required lab. No military commitment is required for attending this course. (2:1-2)
