(Formerly Special Services 136, DEVS 1306) This course is designed for systematic study and review of acceptable grammatical forms and proper punctuation in a gradual progression from sentence structure to paragraph writing. The course offers opportunities to develop basic writing skills and to enhance critical thinking. The course includes one hour of lab weekly. This course is not applicable to any degree. Prerequisite: Writing level 4. (3:3-1)
