The purpose of this course is to interpret electrical blueprints/drawings; compute circuit sizes and overcurrent protection for the installation of branch circuits, feeders, and service entrance conductors; explain the proper installation of wiring devices according to electrical codes; demonstrate grounding methods; identify industrial wiring methods including conduit bending; and demonstrate proper safety procedures.
