Introduces computer hardware, software, procedures, systems and human resources and explores their integration and application in business and other segments of society. The fundamentals of computer problem solving and programming in a higher programming language will be discussed. Prerequisite: Keyboarding Proficiency. Credit 3 semester hours (COSC1301) or 4 semester hours (COSC 1401). Lab fee $15 (COSC 1301) or $16 (COSC1401).
