RADR 2431 - Advanced Radiographic Procedures

(3-3) 4 hours Continuation of positioning; alignment of the anatomical structure and equipment, evaluation of radiographic images for proper demonstration of anatomy and related pathology. Presents cross-sectional anatomy, ultrasound, computed radiography and magnetic resonance imaging, and a review of the chest, bony thorax, abdomen, spine and routine contrast media procedures; and demonstrate a basic understanding of magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasound. Lab fee required. (SCANS 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11) Prerequisite: RADR 2301. Corequisites: RADR 1313, RADR 1366 and RADR 2305.
