(0-3) 1 hour This course is designed for the intermediate and advanced ice skating student. Emphasis is placed on improving the power and proficiency of basic skills, with attention focused on these additional skills: forward and backward crossovers, inside and outside edge glides, turns such as forward inside and outside mohawks, one-foot turns, and combinations of the above. Lab fee required. (SCANS 2, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11) Prerequisite: PHED 1120 or consent of instructor.
