Review of trends and issues impacting nursing and health care today and in the future. Topics include knowledge, judgment, skill, and professional values within a legal/ethical framework. Lab fee required. (SCANS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11) Prerequisites: Admission to the program or consent of the department. Corequisite: RNSG 1201.
