(4-0) 4 hours Study of the care of the pediatric client and family during health and disease. Emphasis on growth and developmental needs. The student will discuss primary nursing care of the pediatric client and family during health and disease; and apply growth and developmental concepts appropriate for the pediatric client. Pharmacological concepts and nutritional considerations will be explored. (SCANS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11) Prerequisites: VNSG 1327, VNSG 1260, VNSG 1505, VNSG 1500, and VNSG 1502. Corequisite: VNSG 1361.
