1 hour Includes instruction in performance of various gymnastics skills on all apparatus. Instruction includes fl exibility and strength training as well as spotting techniques. Student will use effi cient learning techniques to acquire and apply new knowledge and skills. Each student will develop selfesteem and self-management skills through participation in this class. Lab fee required. (SCANS 9, 10) Prerequisite: None.
