3 hours Knowledge, skills, and tools that enable a leader/organization to facilitate change in a pro-active participative style. The student will explain the roles of change agent and champion in the process of change within the organization; show the progression of change from introduction to completion, examining barriers to successful implementation; and demonstrate ability to analyze internal and external environments as well as stakeholder issues in showing need for change. Lab fee required. (SCANS 5, 6, 7, 9, 11) Prerequisite: None.
