3 hours Decision making and problem solving processes in organizations, utilizing logical and creative problem solving techniques. Application of theory is provided by experiential activities such as small group discussions, case studies, and the use of other managerial decision aids. The student will identify individual, group and organizational decision making processes; solve managerial problems using logical and creative problem solving techniques; and use managerial decision aids. Lab fee required. (SCANS 6, 7, 9, 11) Prerequisite: None.
