3 hours Analysis of the nature of fi re problems and selection of initial strategies and tactics including an in-depth study of effi cient and effective use of manpower and equipment to mitigate the emergency. Students will recognize potential scenarios in various fi re situations; select and implement strategies and tactics; and describe components of an incident management system. Lab fee required.
