(3-0) 3 hours A continuation of BUSI 2301. Learning activities provide opportunities for students to acquire factual information about specific areas of law as well as opportunities for students to apply and relate that knowledge to simulated and current business situations. Topics covered include legal principles of sales; commercial paper; secured transactions; bankruptcy; and business organization. Ethical perspectives are integrated throughout the course. (SCANS 6, 7, 9, 11) Prerequisite: Pass TASP/THEA English, reading.
