A course in which students further develop their writing skills by tutoring other students in the Writing Center. Under the supervision of the instructor, tutors help various students with their writing problems and concerns on a one-on-one basis for an agreed-upon number of hours per semester. Tutors develop skills that help them discuss effective writing techniques such as development of a main idea, organization, and writing conventions. May be repeated to a maximum of 3 course credits. (Graded on a Pass/No Credit basis) Prerequisite: ENGL 2313 Structure of English, and instructor's permission.
