A workshop for students who participate in intercollegiate public speaking contests held throughout our region. Possible speaking events include interpretative reading of literature, persuasive, informative, extemporaneous, and impromptu speaking. One or two credits are contracted with the instructor depending on the number of events entered. Prerequisite: instructor's permission. COMM 371x and COMM 372x may be repeated for a total of 4 credits.
