[Does NOT meet the General Education Requirement for quantitative reasoning.] A basic computer assisted arithmetic review and practice program augmented by instructor guidance. Typical format is two meetings per week; one on computer and the second meeting with the instructor. This class is required of all scoring lower than 480 on the SAT or 20 on the ACT, or satisfactory completion of a departmental placement test. If this class is required, it must be successfully completed before permission to enroll in college General Education level math classes will be given.
