Topics include the application of leadership skills in relation to the dynamic leader-follower-situational environment, creating an organizational culture and environment for successful leadership at all levels, the role of leadership in the strategic management process; including analysis of how organizations develop and implement strategy for achieving organizational objectives in a changing environment, and leadership's role in the strategic, tactical, and operational planning process.
