A health-related work-based learning experience that enables the student to apply specialized occupational theory, skills, and concepts. Direct supervision is provided by the clinical laboratory professional. On-site clinical instruction, supervision, evaluation, and placement are the responsibility of the College faculty. Provides clinical training in phlebotomy. Prerequisites: Admission to the College and approval by the program director. Semester Hours 1 (5 clinical hours/week)
