Continues Intermediate American Sign Language I. Review and application of conversational skills in American Sign Language; interpreting from signing to voice as well as from voice to signing. Introduction to American Sign Language literature and folklore. An integration of expressive and receptive skills with emphasis on literature, discourse styles, and contextualization at an intermediate level. Provides students with information on colloquial usages for signs and grammatical structures for complex sentences. Prerequisite: SGNL 2301 Intermediate ASL I with a grade of C or better or consent of the Program Director. Semester Hours 3 (3 lec)
