Provides a progressive exploration into the mechanics including proper stance, starting positions, footwork, arm swing, timing, finish at foul line, release of the ball, and major emphasis of the hook ball. Strike angles and action, spare angles, increasing and decreasing speeds, as well as ball selection, lane recognition and conditions, and pinsetting machines are also emphasized.
