Provides laboratory and sleep disorders center experience in Polysomnography. Experience includes online monitoring and analysis of PSG recordings, and patient interaction. Examines recognition of and appropriate responses to critical events that can occur during sleep. A health-related work-based learning experience that enables the student to apply specialized occupational theory, skills, and concepts. Direct supervision is provided by the clinical professional. Semester Hours 4 (18 clinical hours/ week)
