Examples include the international sale of goods and forms of doing business abroad, such as distributorship and licensing agreements, joint ventures, and foreign direct investment; international claims for economic injuries to aliens; the international monetary system; and resolution of international business disputes, including informal methods of dispute settlement; negotiation, mediation and act of state, conciliation, obtaining personal jurisdiction, sovereign immunity, service of judicial documents and obtaining evidence abroad for use in national civil litigation, choice of forum and choice of law, recognition and enforcement of foreign country judgements, and international arbitration. 3.00credit(s) Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Law School
