This course provides a review of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of integers and rational numbers with a strong emphasis on decimals, fractions, ratio, proportions, and percents. Also, a strong emphasis on algebraic skills and concepts of the real number system, solving equations and inequalities, exponents and polynomials, factoring, rational expressions, graphing linear equations, linear systems, roots and radicals, quadratic equations and applied problems. This course prepares students to take MATH 330 or MATH 530, when completed with a grade of "C" or higher. May not be applied toward a certificate or degree at Lee College. Will not transfer to another college or university. Lecture Hrs = 5, Lab Hrs = 0 Prerequisite: MATH 310 or equivalent, READ 300 or equivalent
