Description: Students are selected for membership on the Moot Court Board in the second year based on their performance in the First Year Legal Writing Class or the Moot Court Board open tryout competition. Students selected for the Moot Court Board in their second year must, in addition to other Moot Court duties, register for and successfully complete the Reimel Moot Court Competition. One credit is awarded for membership on the Moot Court Board in the second year at the end of the Spring semester. One credit is awarded for successful completion of the Reimel Moot Court Competition, also at the end of the spring semester. Second year students on the Moot Court Board help administer the Reimel Competition, assist with the first year Legal Writing program including drafting the bench memoranda for the first year appellate advocacy problems, assist with practice arguments for outside competition teams, and handle other administrative duties related to the Moot Court program. ** One Credit is awarded at the end of the Spring Semester .00credit(s) Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Law School
