This course provides surgical technology students with information and skills to assist in transition from the role of student to the role of a practicing surgical technologist. Information gained about high performance work teams is applied to the surgical setting. Service quality management and diversity concepts are applied to surgical settings. Lab included. Prerequisites: SRGT 1542 and SRGT 2260. Corequisites: SRGT 2130 and SRGT 2361, or consent of Program Director. 1 credit hour. ( W)
