The study of layout and design of integrated circuits. A laboriented course which concentrates on the layout design of Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) Digital Integrated Circuits. The course with cover CMOS circuits, basic digital layout building blocks, Metal Oxide Semiconductor (MOS) transistor theory, CMOS process technology, stick diagrams, layout techniques, and verification.
