Students learn key skills to evaluate, select, implement and maintain healthcare applications. Risk management is emphasized. Students evaluate a variety of human-computer interaction issues from the perspective of the patient, provider and executive. Students will design an implementation plan with special emphasis on train-the-trainer programs and customer services. Prerequisite: BTS 280 or BUS 230 (prev G BUS 230) and MEDIT 220.
