Topics include methods and work measurement, materials management, plant location and layout, production planning and control, maintenance, quality control, "Total Quality," Japanese managementstyles, "Systems Approach;" and decision toolssuch as PERT, linear programming, queuing theory, sampling and simulation. Service-delivery applications and activities are also highlighted. Prerequisites: INFO-101, MGMT-301 and MATH-103 or MATH- 111; pre- or corequisite: STAT-202 or MATH-321
