A course designed to provide students interested in the field of human resources with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand the processes of learning, training and development, and their applications in business and industry. Students will learn adult-learning theories, identification of training and program needs, and program design and evaluation. The course includes participative lectures and discussion, media techniques, case studies, role-play, team-building/ group activities, games and simulations and instruction methodology.
