Students learn the steps to staff and motivate a workforce, and appreciate the role of quantitative and qualitative decision making in HRM. Course materials deal with environmental impacts on HRM, equal employment opportunity, human resource planning, selection, performance evaluation, wage and salary administration, training and other relevant topics.
